RecRoom Expansion: Details to consider 1) Remaining walls: Rremoval of tile, new drywall, paint. 2) Ventilation: Removal of fart fans in ceiling and new, perhaps bigger registers, all to remove obstructions and improve air flow to the gym exhaust system in the water heater room ceiling. 3) Removal of heat lamps in ceiling. 4) Drywall in ceiling where walls are removed (changes in ceiling height a minor complication). 5) Ceiling lights. 6) Addition of efficient Mini-split Heat/AC with compressor unit on garage side of wall and air handler in the middle of room. 7) The door from hallway to the current gym room can perhaps be used again for door in the "vestibule" leading to the expanded gym room.
